Wrapping Up

The summer has been good to us and we are finally starting to see some squash and pumpkins growing. We only have 2 more weeks here, before we leave the garden and return home for the remainder of the summer. The first two squash were harvested from the garden this week and were turned into a delicious squash curry which was enjoyed by many. Lena and I are both excited for the Local Foods Gracious Dinner in late September, where our crops will be showcased in the MHC dining halls, and we hope that you are excited too.

As usual, if you have any questions or comments, please email lpafridi@gmail.com or kagan20a@mtholyoke.edu
