Please join the Food Justice Society this Saturday, May 2nd, from 5-7pm on the Mandelles Hill (rain location-- S. Delles Common Room) for a final potluck and BBQ!! All students, faculty, staff, and five-college members are welcome! Bring food, friends, music, or just yourself! We will be hanging out, talking about summer plans, food, and celebrating a wonderful year of Food Justice!!!!

Upcoming Events!
Hello and happy spring! We are gearing up for the third season of the MHC Student Garden and cannot wait to get started! The MHC Food Justice Society is also up to a bunch of great stuff. 4:30- Dinner (made by Food Justice Society) with Bill McKibben, author of Deep Economy.
7:30- Bill McKibben Lecture, Hooker Auditorium
Friday, April 3
1pm- Patch Making in Skinner 210
Tuesday, April 7
4:30-6- Local Breakfast for Dinner, Dickinson Kitchen
Wednesday, April 8
6:40- 5-college potluck, Hampshire College FPHall
Friday, April 10
9am-1pm- Seeds of Solidarity Feild Trip
Wednesday, April 15
All Day- Mass Farm-to-School Conference. MHC Garden featured in a workshop about college gardens/farms.
Friday, April 24th
All Day- PANGY DAY! come visit the FJS/Student Garden table to make seed bombs, buy patches of veggies and tasty foods.
Also: INVEST IN THE STUDENT GARDEN! for only $3 you can make a piece of artwork which will be incorporated in the student garden. The Student Garden is run by students using money form the class of 2007. We need your continued support!

9:30-12:30- Gardening the Community Volunteer Day, Springfield MA
Wednesday, April 29th
Evening: Lecture by Anim Steele, director of the Real Food Project. Hooker Auditorium.
Saturday, May 2nd (Tentative)
5-7pm- Community Potluck! Come One Come All for an end of the year real-foods blow out! All are welcome from the five colleges, students, faculty, and staff alike!
Stay tuned for updates and changes! We are so excited to get outside and get dirty! Join us!

WEDNESDAY's 6pm in the Student Garden (the Delles Hill). Rain location: S. Delles Common Room. All are welcome.
